Payment card data is processed directly by our payment providers and is not stored by Tradelapp.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:
Account creation and authentication — performance of the Agreement.
Providing and operating the Service — performance of the Agreement.
Customer support and communication — legitimate interest in providing support and responding to inquiries.
Platform improvement and analytics — legitimate interest and, where required by law, user consent.
Security, fraud prevention and abuse detection — legitimate interest in protecting the Service and its users.
Billing and subscription management — performance of the Agreement.

User data may be transmitted to third-party AI providers solely for generating requested outputs.
AI providers process data under contractual safeguards and confidentiality obligations.
Users remain responsible for validating AI-generated outputs.

We may share personal data with trusted third-party processors solely for providing the Service, including:
Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers

AI service providers
Processors act under data processing agreements and appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal data.
