Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Tradelapp (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you use our software application and related services (the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of Tradelapp and forms part of the Terms & Conditions.

Tradelapp is the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Pages viewed and feature usage

  • AI-generated outputs based on User data

This data is processed solely to provide the Service and remains under User control.

2.5 Payment Data

  • Billing status and subscription information

  • Payment reference identifiers

Payment card data is processed directly by our payment providers and is not stored by Tradelapp.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

  • Account creation and authentication — performance of the Agreement.

  • Providing and operating the Service — performance of the Agreement.

  • Customer support and communication — legitimate interest in providing support and responding to inquiries.

  • Platform improvement and analytics — legitimate interest and, where required by law, user consent.

  • Security, fraud prevention and abuse detection — legitimate interest in protecting the Service and its users.

  • Billing and subscription management — performance of the Agreement.

  • Legal and regulatory compliance — compliance with legal obligations.

Where required by law, consent will be requested before processing.

4. Analytics and Tracking

We use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used and to improve functionality and performance. These tools may collect usage data such as page views, interactions, device information and IP addresses.

Analytics providers may include tools such as Mixpanel, PostHog or similar platforms.

Where required by law, analytics tracking is enabled only after consent.

5. AI Processing

Certain features use automated processing and artificial intelligence systems to generate outputs based on User-provided data.

User data may be transmitted to third-party AI providers solely for generating requested outputs.

AI providers process data under contractual safeguards and confidentiality obligations.

Users remain responsible for validating AI-generated outputs.

6. Data Sharing and Processors

We may share personal data with trusted third-party processors solely for providing the Service, including:

  • Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers

  • Database and storage providers

  • Analytics providers

  • Payment processors

  • Email and communication services

  • AI service providers

Processors act under data processing agreements and appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal data.

7. International Data Transfers

Some processors may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where applicable, appropriate safeguards are applied, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.

8. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Account data is retained for the duration of the Agreement.

After account termination, data may be retained for a limited period for backup, recovery, audit or legal compliance purposes, after which it may be permanently deleted.

Legal retention obligations may override deletion timelines.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS)

  • Access controls and authentication

  • Secure infrastructure providers

  • Regular updates and monitoring

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access – obtain a copy of your data

  • Right to rectification – correct inaccurate data

  • Right to erasure – request deletion

  • Right to restriction – limit processing

  • Right to data portability – receive your data

  • Right to object – object to processing

11. Cookies

Tradelapp uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security and analytics.

Where required by law, consent will be requested before placing non-essential cookies.

12. Children

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time for legal, technical or operational reasons.

Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
